This policy says what you may and may not put on Diemeco (requirements, files, messages, profiles and reviews), and how we deal with anything that breaks these rules. It applies to everyone.
1. What is welcome
- Honest descriptions of real industrial jobs and of a workshop's real capabilities.
- Drawings, photographs and documents you have the right to share, in the file types the platform accepts (currently up to 4 files per requirement, each up to 25 MB).
- Respectful, professional messages about a job.
- Honest reviews of real work.
2. What is not allowed
- Unlawful work or items: weapons, explosives and their parts, and anything else whose making or sale is prohibited or licensed under Indian law, unless you clearly hold the licence and it is lawful.
- Other people's rights: designs, drawings, logos, code or files you do not have the right to share, and anything that infringes copyright, a trademark, a design or a trade secret.
- False or misleading content: untrue capabilities, fake machines or certificates, made-up references, fake or paid reviews, impersonating a person or business.
- Personal data of others: do not post other people's personal details, identity documents or private information without their permission.
- Harmful content: viruses or malicious files, content that is threatening, abusive, hateful, obscene or discriminatory, or that harasses anyone.
- Spam and going round the platform's protections: unsolicited promotion, repeated identical messages, contact details typed into messages (phone numbers, emails, links, social handles), and any attempt to defeat view-only settings, watermarks, limits or safeguards.
3. Files
- Upload only files you own or may share. Do not upload a file that contains someone else's confidential information.
- Files a Client marks view-only are shown as watermarked images and must not be captured, copied or redistributed.
- Deleted requirements and their files are removed after a short delay, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
4. How we act
- Reporting: anyone can report a requirement, message, profile, review or file using the Report links, or Report an Issue on the Profile page. You can also write to support@diemeco.com.
- Review: our team looks at reports and decides. We may ask you for more information. We may remove or hide content, remove a badge or review, warn the person, restrict or suspend an account, or close it for serious or repeated breaches. We may act without a report if we see a breach.
- Notice: where we remove your content or restrict your account we will tell you what and why, where the law allows, and you may reply to us.
- Serious matters: we may preserve information and share it with the authorities where the law requires it or to protect people from serious harm.
- Copyright and design complaints: if you believe a file infringes your rights, write to the Grievance Officer (see the Grievance Policy) with a description of your work, where the file appears, your contact details, and a statement that your complaint is made in good faith and that the information is accurate. We will review it promptly and may remove the file while we do.
5. Repeat breaches
Accounts that repeatedly break these rules, or that seriously harm others, may be closed permanently, and unused paid credits are dealt with as the Refund & Credit Policy says.
