If something goes wrong on Diemeco, or you have a complaint about content, a person, a payment, your data or our service, this is how to reach us and what to expect. We want to solve problems fairly and quickly.

2. What you can complain about
- Content that breaks our Content & Upload Policy or infringes your rights.
- Misuse of your files or information.
- A problem with a payment, an invoice, a credit or a refund.
- Your personal data: access, correction, deletion, withdrawing consent, or a suspected breach.
- A decision we made about your account, a review or a badge.
- Any other problem with the platform.
3. How to complain
- Fastest: use Report an Issue on your Profile page, or the Report link next to a requirement, message or profile.
- Or email support@diemeco.com. Please give your name, the phone number you sign in with, what happened, when, and any Requirement or Workshop ID, and attach anything that helps.
- For a disagreement about a job already underway, use Report a problem on that job. See the Dispute policy.
4. What we will do
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours.
- We aim to resolve it within 15 days, and in any case within the time the law prescribes. If it needs longer, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer.
- Complaints about unlawful content or misuse of files are looked at first.
- We will tell you the outcome and the reasons in plain words. We keep a record of each complaint and how it was handled.
5. If you are not satisfied
Reply to our answer with the word "Appeal" in the subject and explain what you think is wrong. A different member of our team will look at it again where possible. You may also take your complaint to the consumer forum, the National Consumer Helpline, or another authority or court you are entitled to approach. For matters about personal data you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is in operation.
6. Data rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data (there is a Download my data option on your Profile), correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent, and you can name someone to act for you. We will respond within the time set by law. Some records, such as invoices, must be kept for the period the law requires.
